Its primary focus lies in fostering universal health and well-being, particularly for those who find themselves in financial straits. Functioning as a service-centric educational and philanthropic entity, ALAPIO is deeply committed to serving the medical community while tackling issues that impact the wider public.

Central to our organization are physicians of South Asian origin, chiefly residing in the vibrant tapestry of Los Angeles and its surrounding Southern California areas. However, our inclusivity knows no bounds, as we extend our hand to individuals from all walks of life. Free Surgeries
Alapio's unwavering dedication offers cost-free surgical procedures, including colonoscopies, hernia repairs, and more, encompassing comprehensive care. Eligibility is based on financial need, with eligible patients receiving medications, transportation, and meals. Beyond surgery, we provide post-operative care until full recovery. Your donations power life-changing surgeries, partnering with us to transform lives and communities, one surgery at a time, fostering healthier, happier futures.
Free Clinics
Alapio's free clinic at Centro Medico Su Salud in Downey, CA, serves 20-30 patients weekly on alternate Wednesdays (9am-12pm) and Thursdays (1pm-5pm), conducting initial screenings for Free Surgery eligibility. Your donations drive our free clinic services, providing quality healthcare to the underserved. With your support, we offer medical care, screenings, and treatments, contributing to a healthier and more equitable world.
Free Eye Glasses and Hearing Aid
Extending our commitment, ALAPIO now offers Free Eye Glasses to those in need.
